How to ooze charisma

The good news is that you don't have to be born with charisma to be able to develop it!  Charisma is not about being the most extrovert or arrogant, or being ultra cheesy, so move over Bill Clinton your number is up. Charisma is fabulous for developing relationships in and outside work. Being charismatic is a combination of; the ability to read and react to body language, the ability to appear confident , great presentation skills and a genuine interest in people. Surprisingly, 'third party referals' and 'company reputation' came 8th and 9th in the study, hence you can't just rely on your companys name to open doors for you!
